Quick Verdict
Four caplets a day, 120 in the bottle, so you’re emptying it in 30 days. The caplets themselves are smaller than what you’d normally see, odorless, clear. I’m trying it and I feel a little bit better, with better results in terms of regular and healthy cycles.
Buy if you:
- Have PCOS, or periods that are irregular or very heavy
- Are expecting or trying to conceive and want the folate included
- Are in perimenopause and trying to even things out
- Want the 40:1 myo inositol d chiro ratio without buying two bottles
Skip if you:
- Don’t want a four-a-day split dose, two morning and two evening, since one bottle only lasts a month
- Want fast results, this is a 12-week-study kind of product
- Prefer a myo inositol powder you can stir into a drink

The Caplet Is Smaller Than I Expected
The first thing that struck me was how small the caplet actually was. When something asks you to take four a day, size matters more than the label does. This one is a good size but not any larger, maybe a little smaller than what you’d normally see in this category. Completely odorless, completely kind of clear, which I like. Really easy to swallow. That’s not a throwaway detail on a myo inositol supplement like this one, because four horse pills a day is how a bottle ends up in the back of a cabinet.
Four a Day Means One Bottle Is One Month
Most buyers miss this: 120 caplets at four a day means one bottle lasts exactly 30 days, not months. 120 count looks generous. It isn’t. The dose is four caplets daily, two in the morning and two in the evening, so that bottle runs exactly 30 days. Compare that to my D3 K2, where one softgel a day stretched a 120-count bottle out four months.
So when you’re pricing this against another myo inositol chiro product, you have to price it monthly, not per bottle. The other misread is expecting a week-one difference. The clinical work behind this is a 12-week study. That’s the window.
What the 40:1 Ratio Buys You
2,000 mg of myo-inositol to 50 mg of D-chiro inositol, which is the 40 to 1 ratio the research is built on. You probably could not consume enough vegetables or any of that in your normal life to get there, which is kind of the whole argument for taking it as a caplet instead of chasing it through food.
What pushed me toward this one over a bare two-ingredient formula is the folate and the vitamin D. Most myo inositol d chiro products stop at the two inositols and leave you buying folate separately, which matters if you’re expecting or trying to conceive. It also carries a Clean Label Purity Award and every batch is third-party tested. That last part mattered to me because inositol is a category full of underdosed generics, a batch-level certificate is the only way to know what’s actually in the capsule you’re swallowing.
One thing on price. This moves around a lot. Right now it’s sitting about where it’s been for the past three months, but it’s been considerably cheaper at points, so check the live number rather than assuming. It’s also ranked #2,209 in Health & Household with more than 10,000 bought in the past month, which tells you this isn’t some obscure bottle.

Where This Isn’t the Right Bottle
This is for women, and the formula is built around ovarian and reproductive support. The logo on the bottle says as much. If you’re after a general multivitamin, this isn’t that, and it isn’t trying to be. It’s inositol, folate and vitamin D, and nothing else.
If you hate splitting doses across the day, that’s the real friction here. Four caplets in one sitting isn’t how it’s meant to be taken.
Thirty Days of Caplets, No Degradation
The caplets held up fine through the bottle, no chalking, no smell developing, still clear. Odorless supplements usually stay odorless, but inositol can clump, and this didn’t. Third-party testing on every batch is the longer-term confidence piece, since consistency bottle to bottle is what actually matters when you’re on a 12-week horizon.
Would I Keep Buying the Optify Myo Inositol?
Yes. I’m seeing better results in terms of regular and healthy cycles, and I feel a little bit better overall. That’s a measured statement, not a dramatic one, which is about what you should expect from a supplement working on a 12-week clinical timeline.

What makes the difference is the combination: the clinically studied 40:1 ratio, the folate for anyone trying to conceive, the vitamin D, and a caplet small enough that four a day never felt like a burden. Most competing formulas make you choose two of those four, this one doesn’t. If you’re dealing with irregular or heavy periods, PCOS, or perimenopause, this is the bottle I’d start with. The 40:1 ratio, the folate, the vitamin D, it’s the combination I couldn’t find anywhere else without buying three separate products.
Pros
- Caplet is smaller than typical, odorless, clear and really easy to swallow
- Clinically studied 40:1 ratio, 2,000 mg myo to 50 mg D-chiro
- Folate and vitamin D included, so no second bottle
- Purity award, third-party tested every batch, vegan and non-GMO
- I noticed more regular, healthy cycles and felt a little better
Cons
- Four caplets a day burns a 120-count bottle in 30 days flat
- Dose splits morning and evening, so it’s two reminders, not one
- Results run on a 12-week timeline, nothing dramatic early
- Narrow formula, not a replacement for a multivitamin
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I take it with other supplements I’m already on?
It’s a narrow formula, so it stacks easily alongside most routines. The one to watch is vitamin D, since this already contains some and you may be taking a separate D3. Run your total past your doctor rather than doubling up blind.
Does it have to be taken with food?
The split is two in the morning and two in the evening, which lines up naturally with meals. I pair mine with breakfast and dinner simply because that’s the easiest way to remember both halves. Vitamin D absorbs better with some fat in the meal anyway.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Optify backs it with a Love It Promise, so if the formula isn’t right for you they say they’ll make it right. Worth reading the exact terms on the listing before you order. Standard Amazon return rules apply on top of that.
Is there a myo inositol powder version instead of caplets?
This particular product is caplets only, 120 to a bottle. Powder exists across the category and some people prefer mixing it into water, but you give up the folate and vitamin D that come bundled here. For me the small caplet was easy enough that powder wasn’t worth the trade.
