I Bought It for One Reason: Hunger
I started taking the MOCKTALE-1 GLP-1 Supplement because late-day hunger kept wrecking my fasting window. I cut carbs, skip breakfast, and hold out until early afternoon, and that 4pm wall was killing me. I needed something I could pocket and use on the road without blowing my calorie budget.
I mixed the lemon mint into a little bit of water and the color came out like an effervescent, neon lime green. Almost soda-looking. And it doesn’t taste like most supplements that you normally taste. That matters more than it sounds, because a supplement you dread drinking is one you quit by week two.
No, It’s Not Ozempic. Say It Twice.
This is marketed as glp supplement support, not a prescription drug, and that’s the entire ballgame. It’s a drink mix with berberine, Akkermansia, Ceylon cinnamon, chromium and apple cider vinegar. The label itself says it isn’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you came here hoping to swap a prescription for a packet, that’s not what’s happening here.
The other friction: I’ve only had the one flavor. Lemon mint is the only one I’ve tried so far, and I’m going to try a couple different flavors as well too. So I can’t tell you whether the rest of the lineup holds up. And because the lime green is so bright, I don’t drink it fast. I sip it. Some people want a shot they can slam before heading out the door, and this isn’t that.
Berberine, Akkermansia, and What They’re Doing in There
Berberine is the ingredient I recognized first. If you’ve taken berberine before, you know it’s widely used to aid in reduction of fasting glucose in some individuals, which is why it keeps showing up in glp supplements for women and men alike. It’s the anchor of this formula, not a sprinkle.
Akkermansia is the gut-side ingredient, and it’s the one that makes this formula more interesting than the dozens of berberine-only capsules out there. Ceylon cinnamon and chromium round it out on the metabolic side, with apple cider vinegar in the mix too. Five actives in one stick is a lot to get in a 25-calorie drink.
Here’s the part that sold me: the cravings that used to hit me hard at 10pm on travel nights, the gas-station-run kind, just stopped being a decision I had to fight. I’d tear a packet into whatever I was drinking and the urge to raid the hotel vending machine didn’t show up. That’s the real use case: a bridge across the hours where willpower runs out.
Twenty-five calories and zero sugar is also why it works inside a fast-adjacent routine instead of blowing it up. I’m not adding a 150-calorie smoothie to a day I’m trying to keep tight.
Rip, Pour, Done
Setup is tearing a packet. That’s it. You can put this in a drink, a supplement, juice, water, whatever your liquid pleasure is. No shaker bottle required, no scoop to lose in the bottom of a tub.
I love that it comes in packets because I can put one in my pocket, my book bag, or travel bag. If I’m traveling, a lot of times I’m on the road and I’ll throw these in my bag with me. I put one or two in my pocket if I’m going out to an event and I’ll just put that in my drink, and it just works.
Thirty Packets Last Longer Than Thirty Days for Me
A box is 30 servings, but I’m not burning through one a day. Because it’s a sipping drink and not something I drink down fast like a soda, I find myself sipping this more so than anything else. That sipping action is why I don’t go through a whole lot of them. Your replacement cycle probably stretches past a month if you use it the way I do.
On the buying side, this is currently sitting right about where it’s been for the last three months, and that’s close to the lowest it’s ever tracked. Over a thousand of these moved in the past month and it’s ranked around #12,058 in Health & Household, which tells me it’s selling steadily without being some viral spike product. Current pricing is on the product page.
Fasters and Travelers Yes, Craving-Free People No
If you already fast, cut carbs, or watch sugar and your weak point is the 4pm or 10pm hunger wall, this slots right in. Same if you travel and keep ending up in front of junk food you didn’t plan on. The pocket-size packet is the actual feature there.

Skip it if you don’t struggle with appetite at all, because craving control is the main thing I got out of it. Skip it too if you’re expecting a prescription-strength result. The lemon mint flavor is the reason I actually finish every packet instead of choking it down, and the 25-calorie count means it doesn’t touch my fast. If late hunger or travel junk food is your specific problem, this is the most portable fix I’ve found for it.
Pros
- Suppressed my hunger cravings, which was my whole reason for taking it
- 25 calories and no sugar, so it fits a fasting or low-carb routine
- Doesn’t taste like most supplements you normally taste
- Single packets go in a pocket, book bag, or travel bag
- Berberine, Akkermansia, Ceylon cinnamon and chromium in one stick
Cons
- The bright lime green makes it a sipping drink, not something you knock back fast
- I’ve only tried lemon mint, so I can’t vouch for the other flavors yet
- It’s supplement support, not a prescription alternative, despite how GLP-1 branding reads
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I mix it with something other than water?
Yes. I’ve put a packet in juice and in a drink at an event, not just water. Whatever your liquid pleasure is, it dissolves into it. Cold liquid is what I’ve used.
Is there a subscription or app required?
No. It’s a box of 30 packets, nothing to sign up for and nothing to track. Buy a box, use it, buy another when you’re out.
Do people take glp supplements for constipation or digestion?
Akkermansia is a gut-focused ingredient, so that’s the connection people make. I took it for appetite control, not digestion, so I can’t speak to that result personally. Talk to your doctor if that’s your main goal.
How should I store the packets?
Normal room temperature, same as any powder stick. I’ve carried loose packets in a pocket and a book bag with no issue. Just keep them sealed until you’re pouring.
