GOBIOTIX Fiber Supplement Powder Review: Two Months, One Scoop a Day

Almost two months on one scoop a day. What the GOBIOTIX fiber supplement powder did for regularity, bloating, and hunger.

The GOBIOTIX Fiber Supplement Powder is worth buying if you want a clean, unflavored fiber you’ll stick with. One small scoop gives 5 grams of plant-based prebiotic fiber, 35 servings per container. After almost two months, regularity and satiety both improved for me. Buy it if psyllium gel texture is what stopped you before.

How this review was made: written from my own video review of this product. Every opinion here is my own, from using it myself.

Quick Verdict

Almost two months in, one scoop with an eight ounce glass of water, and the thing I noticed more than anything else is regularity. I don’t feel bloated. I just feel a little bit lighter, a little bit better, and I don’t get as hungry.

Buy if you:

  • Eat keto or low-carb and keep falling short on fiber
  • Want to stir it into morning coffee or a protein drink without tasting it
  • Quit psyllium because of the gel-and-grit texture
  • Want appetite help alongside the digestion side

I Can Almost Time It Now

Two months in, the first thing that shifted was the timing: I could almost predict when my body would respond, same hour every morning. When I’ve been my healthiest, I can almost time my bowel movement. Early in the morning, a certain time, every day. That had drifted. Almost two months on this fiber supplement powder and it came back. I love that regularity, and that’s kind of what this has brought back.

The other piece is bloat. I don’t feel bloated. I just feel a little bit lighter, a little bit better through the day. That’s not a dramatic claim and I’m not going to dress it up as one.

Who This Fiber Supplement Powder Isn’t For

Two months before regularity locked into a schedule, that’s the patience tax. My timeline was close to two months of daily scoops before the regularity really settled into a schedule, and that’s a long runway if you’re the type who gives a supplement a week.

It’s also a tub-and-scoop product, not single-serve. If you’re searching for fiber supplement powder packets to toss in a bag, this isn’t that format. And unflavored means unflavored. There’s no taste reward here, which is exactly why it works in coffee, but if you wanted something that tastes like something, keep walking.

Open It, Scoop It, Done

One scoop, eight ounces of water, stir, that’s the whole routine, no scales or mixing charts. The scoop is smaller than I expected for 5 grams of fiber, which matters: it disappears into a drink instead of sitting on top of it.

I stir it into my morning coffee or, on training days, into my protein shake, it vanishes either way. That’s the practical gap between this and psyllium: no gel forming at the bottom, no race to chug the glass before it sets up.

Sugar free, keto friendly, plant based. I love that about it, because the sugar-free part is not negotiable for how I eat. Current pricing and the size options are on the product page.

What a Month Actually Costs You

One container lasts 35 days at daily dosing, so budget for 12 per year at current pricing. There’s nothing to clean, nothing to replace, no device. Keep the tub closed and dry like any powder and scoop with a dry spoon so you’re not dragging water back in.

If you know you’ll stay on it, the two and three packs exist for that reason. I’d say run one container first and see whether your body responds before you commit to three.

The Satiety Part Caught Me Off Guard

The morning scoop with coffee kills the ten-o’clock hunger spike, that’s not in the label, but it’s what keeps me taking it. That’s the part I didn’t go looking for. Not a drug, not a miracle, just fiber doing what fiber does, more reliably than I expected.

In practice, the morning scoop with coffee means I’m not hunting for something at ten in the morning. The satiety bump has been the strongest shift: morning dose and I skip the ten-o’clock snack. That matters more than people think, because the fiber supplement you’ll keep taking is the one that gives you a reason to take it.

Worth knowing: it’s sitting around #3,977 in Health & Household on Amazon with more than 7,000 bought in the past month, so this isn’t an obscure brand nobody’s touched. It’s also running a little under its usual price of the last three months right now, which is the kind of thing you only see if you track it.

Would I Buy a Second Container? Yes.

I’d buy it again because regularity locked in and satiety kills my mid-morning hunger, both concrete, both repeatable. It does not taste like anything, it doesn’t gel, and the scoop is small enough that taking it never feels like a chore. Those three things together are why I stayed on it for almost two months instead of letting the tub die in a cabinet, which is what happened to the last two fiber products I bought.

The patience requirement is real, though. If you’re the kind of person who wants to feel something by Thursday, you’ll be disappointed and quit before it does its job. This is a slow, boring, daily-habit product. That’s the shape of it.

So if you eat keto or low-carb, you know you’re short on fiber, and the texture of psyllium is what stopped you before, this is an easy one to try. You can check the current price here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I take it at night instead of the morning?

You can take it whenever it fits, there’s nothing time-locked about it. I do mine in the morning with coffee because that’s my routine and because my regularity lands early in the morning. If you want that same early-morning timing, morning dosing is the easier way to get there.

Does it work in hot drinks, or only cold?

Hot is fine. I mix it into my morning coffee regularly and it goes in clean. It’s unflavored, so it doesn’t change how the coffee tastes, and it doesn’t thicken the cup the way psyllium does.

How does it compare to Benefiber prebiotic fiber supplement?

The main difference is the label. GOBIOTIX is organic, sprouted, vegan and paleo-friendly with no artificial sweeteners, refined sugars, fillers or synthetic additives. Both are unflavored soluble fiber you stir into a drink, so if clean ingredients are what you care about, that’s where this one separates.

Is this suitable for both men and women?

Yes, there’s nothing gender-specific in it. It’s a plant-based soluble fiber with 5 grams per scoop, which is the same whether you’re searching fiber supplement for women or fiber supplement for men. Serving size doesn’t change either way.

Half a star off for the runway: it took close to two months before regularity settled into a schedule, and plenty of people quit a fiber powder long before that. Skip it if you want pre-measured packets or a flavored mix. Single-serve sticks and a slightly bigger scoop well would push this to a five.
