Cortisol Reducer vs Uniisyunn: Two Bottles, One House
Two cortisol supplements, two different people in the same house. Here's how the Nutrifact Cortisol Reducer and the Uniisyunn tablets compare.
The Nutrifact Cortisol Reducer is worth buying if you want a simple two-capsule routine built on ashwagandha, magnesium and L-theanine. Sixty capsules, two per day, a 30-day supply. My wife takes the Uniisyunn instead, which is three tablets a day and adds D3, B6 and zinc. Both work for us.

Quick Verdict
Two bottles, two people, one house. I take the Nutrifact Cortisol Reducer at two capsules a day, my wife takes the Uniisyunn at three tablets a day, and we’ve both been extremely pleased. The shared ingredient list is what sold me: magnesium, L-theanine, ashwagandha in both.
Buy if you:
- want a two-capsule-a-day routine instead of three tablets
- need a vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free formula
- are shopping for a couple and want one bottle each
Skip if you:
- expect a measurable drop in cortisol you can feel on day one, because I can’t tell you exactly what’s happening internally
- want D3, B6 and zinc in the same bottle, that’s the Uniisyunn side
- already take ashwagandha or magnesium elsewhere and would be doubling up

Two Bottles Sitting on Our Counter
Both bottles live on our kitchen counter, the Nutrifact for me, the Uniisyunn for my wife, and that accident is why this review exists. I didn’t set out to do a head-to-head. We were already splitting them, one bottle each, and I realized that’s a comparison test most people don’t get to run in the same house.
So if you’re searching for a cortisol reducer manager men and women can both use, that’s pretty much the situation we landed in by accident. You can see the Cortisol Reducer on Amazon if you want the current listing.
What’s Shared, What Isn’t
Magnesium, L-theanine, and ashwagandha appear in both, the same three-ingredient backbone despite different labels and price points. That’s not a coincidence I expected. Different brands, different label designs, different price points, and the same three-ingredient core holding both of them up.
The Nutrifact side goes further on the label than I mentioned on camera. Magnesium glycinate specifically, plus rhodiola and holy basil, and then phosphatidylserine with B6 and B12 for the focus and clarity angle. The Uniisyunn has D3, vitamin B6 and zinc, which is where it separates itself. So if you want the men women ashwagandha magnesium combination with a little vitamin stack bolted on, that’s the other bottle.
Both are plant-based. That was the other great thing for us.
60 Capsules, Two a Day, Thirty Days
The dosing is the practical difference. Mine is 60 capsules at two caps per serving, which is a 30-day supply. My wife’s is 90 tablets at three tablets per day, also a 30-day supply.
Two is easier than three. Two capsules instead of three matters when you’re counting them out every morning alongside a multivitamin. We both try to have the multivitamin, but also the stress and cortisol release as well too, and the fewer things I have to count out in my hand, the more likely I am to stay consistent with it. Three tablets never bothered my wife. It would bother me.
Here’s what I can’t do: tell you a cortisol number before and after. I don’t have bloodwork on this. What I can tell you is we’ve both stayed on our bottles and we’ve been extremely pleased.
Where It Sits Against the 16-in-1 Crowd
The Uniisyunn advertises a 16-in-1 adaptogenic blend. Nutrifact doesn’t play that game, and I think that’s fine. More ingredients on a label doesn’t automatically mean more of the ones that matter, and the two formulas share the same three anchors anyway.
The broader cortisol supplement shelf on Amazon is crowded right now. Nutrifact sits at #45,667 in Health & Household, and it’s selling a bit slower than it was: its 90-day average rank was #37,183. Amazon still reports more than 700 bought in the past month, so it isn’t a dead listing, it’s just not a breakout one. Pricing has been flat for about three months and is sitting close to the lowest it’s been tracked at, which is useful to know if you were waiting on something. Thirty Days Goes Faster Than You Think
A 60-count bottle at two a day empties in a month, exactly. No buffer, no cushion. If you’re the type who reorders when you shake the bottle and hear nothing, you’ll have a gap. We keep both bottles out on the counter where we see them, which is partly why we’ve stayed consistent and partly why I noticed how quickly they turn over.
The Part That Bugs Me
I can’t point to a specific moment where I felt it kick in. There was no day where I noticed a switch flip.
The other thing is the overlap risk. Ashwagandha and magnesium show up in a lot of sleep and stress products, so if you’re already taking something in that family, you’re stacking. That’s worth sorting out before you start, not after.
Which Bottle Goes to Which Person
If you want the simpler routine, take the Nutrifact. Two capsules, done. If you want D3, B6 and zinc folded in and you don’t mind three tablets, the Uniisyunn makes more sense, and that’s exactly how it shook out in our house without us planning it.

We didn’t plan this pairing, it just happened to solve two different checklists with two different bottles. If that’s your situation, you won’t need to compromise on either formula. See the Cortisol Reducer on Amazon for the current listing and availability.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I take it in the morning or at night?
The label just says two capsules per day, it doesn’t assign a time. I take mine in the morning with my multivitamin because that’s when I’ll remember. Magnesium and L-theanine lean calming, so if mornings feel off to you, moving it later is reasonable.
Does it contain stimulants?
No. The listing specifically says the formula is built without stimulants or habit-forming ingredients. That’s part of why I was comfortable pairing it with the rest of what I take daily.
Can I take it with other supplements?
I take mine alongside a daily multivitamin with no issue. The one thing to check is whether your other products already include ashwagandha or magnesium, since that’s an easy place to double up without realizing it. Talk to your doctor if you’re on medication.
Is it gluten free?
Yes, and non-GMO and vegan too, made in the USA per the packaging. That matters to me because I eat gluten free, so I read the back of every bottle before it comes in the house.
